Delivery area covers the entire United States, except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other small islands.

We understand that shipping mishaps can occur. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item. For missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery time. In both cases, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent out the following business day.
About the Order
- Return Qualification: Upon receiving your product, if the product is damaged, or have quality issue, you may request a return within the return period.
- Return Period: Within 7 days of receipt of shipment. To start a return, you can contact us at contact @easyhomefood.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@easyhomefood.com.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
